Lemon Berry Tart
Festive and colorful, these little berry tarts are great decorations and desserts for any holiday!

Ingredients
Crust
- 8 oz . cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup shortening
- 2 cups flour
Filling
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1 Tbs cornmeal
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup milk
- lemon juice from one large lemon
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions

Blend ingredients together well. Knead a handful of dough for each 5” tart dish, or a small amount for each mini-muffin tin. Makes four 5” tarts or 24 mini tarts.
