Here's a super easy way to sweeten up cranberries that you can then use on all kinds of dishes: desserts, yogurt toppings, salads, or just as fun snacks.
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries (HBF Cranberries are best)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
Rinse and sort fresh cranberries.
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan to create a simply syrup. Over medium heat, slowly bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Allow to simmer on low for about 10 minutes. Continue stirring every couple minutes.
Add Cranberries to sugar syrup, and cook over low for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
