- 1 clamshell Hurst’s Kiwi Berries
- 1 pkg goat cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
Combine the cheeses and mustard in a small bowl (the goat cheese will be a little crumbly, but that’s fine.)
Roll a ball of the cheese and mustard mixture in your hands (about 2 tbsp in size.)
Then flatten it out in your hands and place a kiwi berry in the middle.
Roll the flattened ball around the kiwi berry to form a delicious and savory cheese ball.
Then for the final delicious step, roll the ball in your favorite spices and chopped herbs. This not only adds a punch of flavor, but it makes these savory treats a treat to the eye as well as the taste buds.
